Bluewater offers one, two, and three bedroom Key West style units with fully equipped kitchens featuring granite countertops and sit-up bars. Each unit includes a washer/dryer, spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers, balcony walkouts, and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Some bedrooms have private balcony access.
Onsite Dining Options
The Cabana operates Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., serving homemade ice cream, soda drinks, and selling arts & crafts kits, fishing bait, and crabbing supplies. Bike rentals and mini golf equipment are available for checkout.
Recreation & Activities
Bluewater has the largest pool on Hilton Head Island with a lazy river and kids' splash pad, plus an outdoor pool and hot tub. Activities include kayaking from the private dock, fishing (saltwater license required), mini putt, basketball, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Daily programs include morning yoga, aqua fit, tie-dye, and music bingo.

Bluewater is the only timeshare resort on Hilton Head Island with a private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway, facing Pinckney Island Wildlife Nature Reserve. Located 3 km from Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, 3 km from Main Street Village Shopping Center, and 2 km from Coastal Discovery Museum.
