Bluewater offers one, two, and three bedroom Key West style units with fully equipped kitchens featuring granite countertops and sit-up bars. Each unit includes a washer/dryer, spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers, balcony walkouts, and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Some bedrooms have private balcony access.

The Cabana operates Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., serving homemade ice cream, soda drinks, and selling arts & crafts kits, fishing bait, and crabbing supplies. Bike rentals and mini golf equipment are available for checkout.

Bluewater has the largest pool on Hilton Head Island with a lazy river and kids' splash pad, plus an outdoor pool and hot tub. Activities include kayaking from the private dock, fishing (saltwater license required), mini putt, basketball, pickleball, and shuffleboard.
